摘要
为获得高效低阻的过滤材料,将纳米银(Ag)颗粒和二氧化钛(TiO_(2))共混在聚丙烯腈(PAN)纺丝液中,采用静电纺丝法制备PAN/TiO_(2)/Ag纳米纤维膜。研究了纳米纤维膜的微观形貌、透气和透湿性能、过滤性能、力学性能等。结果表明:加入纳米Ag颗粒后,PAN/TiO_(2)/Ag纳米纤维的直径和标准差均呈现减小趋势,当纺丝时间为40 min、Ag质量分数为1.25%时,得到的纳米纤维膜的综合性能优异,其过滤效率98.68%,阻力压降80 Pa,品质因子达到0.05409 Pa^(-1)。认为:静电纺PAN/TiO_(2)/Ag纳米纤维膜为新型高性能空气过滤器的开发提供了新途径。
In order to obtain high-efficiency and low-resistance filter material,PAN/TiO_(2)/Ag nanofiber were prepared with electrospinning method by doping silver nanoparticles and titanium dioxide(TiO_(2))in polyacrylonitrile(PAN)spinning solution.The microtopography,air permeability and moisture permeability,filtration and mechanical property of the nanofiber membrane were studied.The results showed that the diameter and standard deviation of PAN/TiO_(2)/Ag nanofiber were decreased after the addition of Ag particles.When the spinning time was 40 min and the mass fraction of Ag was 1.25%,the comprehensive performance of the nanoifber membrane was excellent,with a filtration efficiency of 98.68%,a resistance pressure drop of 80 Pa and a quality factor of 0.05409 Pa^(-1).It is considered that PAN/TiO_(2)/Ag electrospun nanofiber membrane provides a new approach for the development of novel high-performance air filters.
