摘要
总结陶瓷纤维的分类、性能及其编织结构在航空航天密封材料上的应用。详细介绍了氧化物陶瓷纤维、非氧化物陶瓷纤维和陶瓷纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料的性能特点及研究现状。指出:用于陶瓷基复合材料的增强体主要有二维铺层缝合、碳布穿刺、2.5D编织和三维编织等。认为:破解编织结构陶瓷基复合材料发展和应用瓶颈,需加强陶瓷纤维低损耗、低损伤方面的研究,开发适应发动机复杂构件成形的新工艺和新结构,并优化陶瓷基复合材料复合工艺。
The ceramic fiber classification,property and their braided structure in application of aerospace sealing material were summarized.The performance characteristics and current research status of oxide ceramic fiber,non-oxide ceramic fiber and ceramic fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composites(CFRCMCs)were described in detail.It was pointed out that the main types of reinforcements used for ceramic matrix composites(CMCs)were 2D laminate stitching,carbon cloth piercing,2.5D braiding and 3D braiding.It is considered that it was necessary to strengthen the research of ceramic fiber in low-loss and low-damage,study the new process and new structure adapted to the forming of complex components of the engine,and optimize the composite process of CMCs,for cracking the bottleneck in the development and application of braided structural CMCs.
