从流程管理的角度,探讨全过程工程咨询统筹管理流程设计的原则,研究统筹管理流程设计的基本步骤和结构化任务流程。在此基础上,结合通过深圳市某项目实践萃取的优质流程,进行流程设计方法的检验与优化,希望通过提供全过程工程咨询标准化管理工具与方法,促进全过程工程咨询服务效用提升和项目增值。

From the perspective of process design,this paper analyzes principles of integrated management process design for whole process engineering consulting,studies the basic steps and structured task process of integrated management process design.On the basis,by combining the practice of extracting high-quality processes through a project in Shenzhen,verifies and optimizes the process design methods.Through providing standardized management tools and methods for whole process engineering consulting,hopes to improve whole process engineering consulting services and increase project value.
