摘要
进入新时代,建设教育强国成为全面建设社会主义现代化国家的重要战略,高等教育作为建设教育强国的重要力量,打造一支高素质、专业化的高校教师队伍,成为建设教育强国的内在要求。高校教师队伍建设必须要加强师德师风、教学技能和科研能力等方面的培训,为应对当前高校教师培训存在的主体不明确,培训内容重叠、更新不及时等问题,运用数字化手段加强高校教师培训管理成为提升教师管理水平、强化培训实效的重要途径。
Entering the new era,the construction of a strong educational state has become an important strategy for the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country.Higher education is an important part of the construction of a strong educational state,and creating a high-quality and professional college teaching team has become an intrinsic requirement for the construction of a strong educational state.College teacher team building must strengthen teacher ethics,teaching skills and scientific research ability and other aspects of training.In order to cope with the issues of unclear subject,overlapping training content,and untimely updates in current university teacher training,digital means to strengthen the management of teacher training in colleges and universities has become an important way to enhance the level of management of teachers and strengthen the effectiveness of training.
