预防糖尿病患者产生下肢深静脉血栓的有效护理措施

Effective Nursing Measures to Prevent Lower Extremity Deep Venous Thrombosis in Diabetic Patients

目的分析糖尿病患者采用预防护理对预防下肢深静脉血栓(deep venous thrombosis,DVT)发生的效果。方法选取2023年4月—2024年1月沂水县人民医院收治的98例糖尿病患者为研究对象,以护理方法的不同分为两组。对照组(n=49)开展常规护理,观察组(n=49)开展预防护理。比较两组血糖水平、依从性、并发症发生情况、生活质量及满意度。结果护理后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,依从性评分、生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论采用预防护理可有效改善糖尿病患者的血糖水平,提高其治疗依从性,对减少DVT的发生有重要意义,促使其生活质量提升,且患者满意度较高。

Objective To analyze the effect of preventive nursing on the prevention of deep venous thrombosis(DVT)of lower extremities in diabetic patients.Methods A total of 98 diabetic patients admitted to Yishui County People's Hospital from April 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The control group(n=49)was given routine nursing,and the observation group(n=49)was given preventive nursing.The blood glucose levels,compliance,complications,quality of life and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the compliance scores and quality of life scores were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Preventive nursing can effectively improve the blood glucose level of diabetic patients and improve their treatment compliance,which is of great significance to reduce the occurrence of DVT,promote the improvement of their quality of life,and improve the satisfaction of patients.
