穴位贴敷联合六味地黄丸对糖尿病患者糖代谢水平的影响

Effect of Acupoint Application Combined with Liuwei Dihuang Pill on Glucose Metabolism Level in Diabetic Patients

目的探究穴位贴敷联合六味地黄丸对糖尿病患者糖代谢水平的影响。方法选取2020年12月—2023年12月龙岩市永定区中医院收治的120例糖尿病患者为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为对照组(六味地黄丸治疗)、研究组(穴位贴敷联合六味地黄丸治疗),各60例。比较两组临床疗效、糖代谢水平、胰岛功能。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗8周后,研究组糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、胰岛素抵抗指数均低于对照组,胰岛β细胞功能指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者接受穴位贴敷与六味地黄丸联合治疗方案,临床疗效显著,可改善糖代谢水平并促进胰岛功能恢复。

Objective To explore the effect of acupoint application combined with Liuwei Dihuang Pill on glucose metabolism in diabetic patients.Methods A total of 120 diabetic patients admitted to Yongding District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Longyan from December 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(Liuwei Dihuang Pill treatment)and study group(acupoint application combined with Liuwei Dihuang Pill treatment),with 60 cases each.The clinical efficacy,glucose metabolism levels and islet function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the glycated hemoglobin A1c,fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and insulin resistance index of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the isletβcell function index was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Diabetic patients receiving acupoint application combined with Liuwei Dihuang Pill have a significant clinical effect,which can improve glucose metabolism levels and promote the recovery of islet function.
