右美托咪定在2型糖尿病患者气管插管全身麻醉中的效果

Effect of Dexmedetomidine on Tracheal Intubation General Anesthesia in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨右美托咪定在2型糖尿病患者气管插管全身麻醉中的应用效果。方法选取2022年5月—2024年5月厦门弘爱医院收治的100例有手术需求的2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据麻醉方法的不同分为对照组、研究组,各50例。对照组给予常规麻醉诱导和维持,研究组在对照组基础上给予右美托咪定。比较两组不良反应发生情况、血糖指标、体征指标、恢复指标。结果两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组手术1 h、拔管时、术后6 h、术后1 d时的血糖水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。插管时,两组心率、舒张压及收缩压均有所升高,但研究组升高幅度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组呼吸恢复、睁眼、拔管及指令恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论右美托咪定可提高2型糖尿病患者的血糖稳定性,也能抑制体征波动并缩短生理功能恢复周期。

Objective To explore the application effect of dexmedetomidine in general anesthesia of tracheal intubation in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were admitted to Xiamen Humanity Hospital and had surgery needs from May 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the different anesthesia methods,they were divided into the control group and the study group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine anesthesia induction and maintenance,and the study group was given dexmedetomidine on the basis of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions,blood glucose indexes,signs indexes and recovery indexes were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The blood glucose levels at 1 hour after operation,extubation,6 hours and 1 day after operation in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).During intubation,the heart rate,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the two groups increased,but the increase range of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The breathing recovery,eyes opening,extubation and command recovery time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine can improve the blood glucose stability of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,inhibit the fluctuation of signs and shorten the recovery period of physiological function.
