贝前列素钠片治疗周围性面瘫合并糖尿病的疗效研究

Study on the Curative Effect of Beraprost Sodium Tablets in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目的研究贝前列素钠片治疗周围性面瘫合并糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选取2023年4月—2024年4月福建省泉州市惠安县医院神经内科收治的60例周围性面瘫合并糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,各30例。所有患者均行常规强的松片、抗糖治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予川芎嗪治疗,观察组给予贝前列素钠治疗。治疗8周后,比较两组治疗总有效率、血糖水平、神经传导速度、低血糖与不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血糖指标(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖)、感觉与运动神经传导速度均优于治疗前,且观察组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组低血糖发生率为6.67%(2/30),低于对照组的26.67%(8/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320,P=0.038),两组均无大小便失禁、意识丧失等不良反应发生。结论周围性面瘫合并糖尿病患者采用贝前列素钠片治疗,可以显著改善血糖水平、降低不良反应发生率。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of beraprost sodium tablets in the treatment of diabetic peripheral facial paralysis.Methods From April 2023 to April 2024,a total of 60 patients with diabetic peripheral facial paralysis admitted to the Department of Neurology in Hui'an County Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.All patients were treated with conventional prednisone tablets and anti-sugar therapy.On this basis,the control group was treated with ligustrazine,and the observation group was treated with beraprost sodium.After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate,blood glucose level,nerve conduction velocity,hypoglycemia and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood glucose indexes(fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose),sensory and motor nerve conduction velocity of the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group was 6.67%(2/30)lower than 26.67%(8/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.320,P=0.038).There were no adverse reactions such as incontinence and loss of consciousness in both groups.Conclusion Patients with diabetic peripheral facial paralysis treatment with beraprost sodium tablets can significantly improve the blood glucose level and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
