精准护理在老年糖尿病护理中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the Application Value of Precision Nursing in Geriatric Diabetes Care

目的探究老年糖尿病护理中精准护理的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月南京市高淳人民医院收治的94例老年糖尿病患者为研究对象,按护理方法不同分组,各47例。参照组行常规护理,观察组行精准护理,比较两组糖代谢水平、自护能力及生活质量。结果护理后,观察组糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖、生活质量评分均低于参照组,自护能力评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论老年糖尿病患者接受精准护理,可改善其糖代谢水平控制效果,提高其自护能力及生活质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of precision nursing in elderly diabetes care.Methods A total of 94 elderly diabetic patients admitted to Nanjing Gaochun People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,47 cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing,and the observation group received precise nursing.The levels of glucose metabolism,self-care ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the glycated hemoglobin A1c,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,fasting blood glucose and quality of life scores of the observation group were lower than those of the reference group,and the self-care ability scores were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Elderly diabetic patients receiving precise nursing can improve the control effect of their glucose metabolism level and improve their self-care ability and quality of life.
