益气养阴汤配合胰岛素治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Yiqi Yangyin Decoction Combined with Insulin on Diabetic Ketoacidosis

目的研究应用益气养阴汤加胰岛素对糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者的治疗效果。方法选取2021年5月—2023年5月泉州市中医院收治的70例糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组行胰岛素治疗,观察组行益气养阴汤配合胰岛素治疗,对比两组二氧化碳结合力(carbond⁃ioxide combining power,CO_(2)CP)、血乳酸(blood lactic acid,Lac)、血清β-羟丁酸(β-hydroxybutyrate,β-HB)、血糖指标、血清离子指标以及症状恢复时间。结果治疗后,观察组CO_(2)CP、血钾水平均高于对照组,Lac、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血钠水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组血糖恢复时间、尿酮体消失时间、酸中毒纠正时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者应用益气养阴汤配合胰岛素治疗,可改善患者的血糖、血清离子水平和酸中毒指标。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Yiqi Yangyin decoction combined with insulin in the treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis.Methods A total of 70 patients with diabetic ketoacidosis admitted to Quanzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with insulin,and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Yangyin Decoction combined with insulin.The carbon dioxide combining power(CO_(2)CP),blood lactic acid(Lac),serumβ-hydroxybutyrate(β-HB),blood glucose index,serum ion index and symptom recovery time were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of CO_(2)CP and serum potassium in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of Lac,fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c and serum sodium were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The blood glucose recovery time,urine ketone body disappearance time and acidosis correction time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Yiqi Yangyin Decoction combined with insulin in patients with diabetic ketoacidosis,which can improve the patient's blood glucose,serum ion level and acidosis index.
