眼底激光治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的临床疗效、视力水平及炎性因子水平变化

Clinical Efficacy,Visual Acuity Level and Inflammatory Factor Level Changes of Fundus Laser Treatment for Diabetic Retinopathy

目的探究眼底激光治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的临床疗效、视力水平及炎性因子水平变化。方法选取2021年1月—2024年1月福建省上杭县医院眼科收治的88例糖尿病性视网膜病变患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组采取控糖联合康柏西普药物治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上增加眼底激光治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效、黄斑厚度与视力水平、血糖水平、炎性因子水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.73%(43/44),高于对照组的84.09%(37/44),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.950,P<0.05)。观察组黄斑厚度低于对照组,最佳矫正视力水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论对糖尿病性视网膜病变患者采取眼底激光+控糖联合康柏西普治疗,可有效提升患者的临床治疗效果,改善视力水平,降低血糖指标及炎性因子指标水平,利于患者预后。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy,visual acuity and inflammatory factor levels of fundus laser in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.Methods A total of 88 patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted to the Department of Ophthalmology of Shanghang Hospital of Fujian Province from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with glucose control combined with conbercept,and the observation group was treated with fundus laser on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,macular thickness and visual acuity level,blood glucose levels and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.73%(43/44),which was higher than 84.09%(37/44)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.950,P<0.05).The macular thickness of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the best corrected visual acuity level was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of diabetic retinopathy patients with fundus laser+glucose control combined with conbercept can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of patients,im prove the visual acuity level,reduce the blood glucose indexes and inflammatory factor indexes,which is conducive to the prognosis of patients.
