中西医结合疗法治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱的临床疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Diabetic Neurogenic Bladder Treated with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的探究中西医结合疗法在糖尿病神经源性膀胱治疗中的效果。方法选取2022年3月—2023年1月诏安县中医院收治的52例糖尿病神经源性膀胱患者为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为两组,各26例。对照组应用西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上增加中药汤剂、针灸理疗、穴位贴敷、艾灸等治疗方法。比较两组治疗总有效率、血糖指标、不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中西医结合疗法治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱临床疗效显著,不良反应发生率较低,有效保障患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of integrated Chinese and Western medicine therapy in the treatment of diabetic neurogenic bladder.Methods Fifty-two patients with diabetic neurogenic bladder admitted to Zhao'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 26 cases each.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction,acupuncture,acupoint patching and moxibustion treatment on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate of treatment,blood glucose index and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is remarkable,the incidence of adverse reactions is lower,and the quality of life is effectively guaranteed.
