血液灌流与血液透析联合治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of Combined Hemoperfusion and Hemodialysis in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的分析血液灌流与血液透析联合治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法选取2023年1月—2024年4月中国人民解放军陆军第七十三集团军医院收治的106例糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组53例。对照组接受血液透析治疗,观察组接受血液透析联合血液灌流治疗。比较两组糖脂代谢指标、微炎状态以及治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,两组C反应蛋白和白细胞介素-6水平均,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为96.23%(51/53)高于对照组的81.13%(43/53),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.014,P<0.05)。结论血液透析与血液灌流联合治疗能有效改善糖尿病肾病患者糖脂代谢指标、降低炎性因子水平,提高治疗效果。

Objective To analysis the therapeutic efficacy of combined hemoperfusion and hemodialysis in the management of diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 106 diabetic nephropathy patients admitted to the 73rd Group Military Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from January 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the study objects,and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 53 cases in each group.The control group received hemodialysis,while the observation group received hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion.The indexes of glucose and lipid metabolism,microinflammatory state and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,total cholesterol and triglyceride in both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 in both groups were decreased,and the the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.23%(51/53),which was higher than 81.13%(43/53)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.014,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of hemodialysis and hemoperfusion significantly improves glucose and lipid metabolism indices,reduces levels of inflammatory factors,and enhances therapeutic outcomes in patients with diabetic nephropathy.
