针灸联合中药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的研究进展

Research Progress of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Diabetes Peripheral Neuropathy

糖尿病是一种慢性代谢性疾病,需要患者长期用药治疗,且控制不佳会出现很多严重的并发症,其中糖尿病周围神经病变是糖尿病中较为常见的并发症之一。临床通常采用西药进行相应治疗,但是西药存在不良反应多,容易反复的情况。随着中医药的发展,中药、针灸单一及联合治疗成为临床治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的选择方式之一。本文通过总结分析糖尿病周围神经病变的发病机制、中药治疗情况、针灸治疗情况以及二者联合治疗情况,为临床治疗提供理论参考依据。

Diabetes is a chronic metabolic disease that requires long-term medication for patients,and poor control can lead to many serious complications.Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is one of the more common complications of diabetes.Clinically,western medicine is usually used for corresponding treatment,but western medicine has many adverse reactions and is easy to repeat.With the development of traditional Chinese medicine,single and combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture has become one of the options for clinical treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.This paper summarizes and analyzes the pathogenesis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,the treatment of acupuncture and the combined treatment of the two,and provides a theoretical reference for clinical treatment.
