化纤燃烧性能试验方法氧指数法的研究与标准研制

摘要 随着化纤行业发展,阻燃纤维的品种从阻燃黏胶、阻燃涤纶拓展到阻燃锦纶、阻燃腈纶以及各种高性能、自阻燃纤维。现有方法满足不了燃烧性能评价的需求,有必要建立通用试验方法。通过试样量、试样捻数的研究,形成了试样的制备方法,建立了化纤燃烧性能的试验方法,能够表征纤维的阻燃性能,且区分不同材料的燃烧性能。该方法精密度较好,研究成果已形成国际标准ISO7249:2024。 With the development of chemical fiber industry,the varieties of flame retardant fibers have expanded from flame retardant viscose and flame retardant polyester to flame retardant nylon,flame retardant acrylic and various high-performance and self-flame retardant fibers.The existing methods cannot meet the needs of combustion performance evaluation,so it is necessary to establish a general test method.The preparation method of the test specimen was studied by researching the fiber quantity and twist number,and the test method of chemical fiber combustion performance was established,which can characterize the flameretardant properties of fiber and distinguish the combustion properties of different materials.The precision of the method is better.The research results have been applied into an international standard ISO 7249:2024.
