港口岸电抑制船舶变压器励磁涌流方法的研究

摘要 伴随港口岸电的快速发展,岸电变频电源因其可以提供50 Hz和60 Hz电源系统,在港口岸电中得到了广泛应用。然而,岸电变频电源采用基于IGBT的逆变技术,这种基于静止式电力电子控制技术,限制于开关器件和系统容量,其过载能力有限。一些船舶的岸电接入系统配置有大容量的变压器,变压器空载合闸的励磁涌流很大,易造成岸电变频电源过流故障,严重时造成岸电变频电源内的功率单元损坏,这些将严重影响岸电连船成功率。分析了一种岸电变频电源的典型拓扑结构及岸电连船工作机理,研究变压器励磁涌流的产生机理,通过对岸电变频电源控制系统分析,提出一种基于迅速降低电压退磁的励磁涌流抑制方法,进行系统验证。最后,对岸电变频电源控制软件编程实现控制算法,在实际连船中进行了验证。 With the rapid development of port shore power,shore power variable frequency power supply has been widely used in port shore power because it can provide 50 Hz and 60 Hz power supply systems.However,shore power variable restricted supplies use IGBT-based inverter technology,which is based on stationary power electronic control technology,which is limited by switching devices and system capacity,and its overload capacity is limited.The shore power access system of some ships is equipped with a large-capacity transformer,and the excitation inrush current of the transformer is large when the transformer is closed at no load,which will cause the overcurrent fault of the shore power variable frequency power supply,and in serious cases,it will cause damage to the power unit in the shore power variable frequency power supply,which will seriously affect the success rate of the connection of shore power to ship.The typical topology of a shore power conversion power supply and the working mechanism of shore power connection with the ship are analyzed,the generation mechanism of transformer excitation inrush current is studied,and through the analysis of the shore power variable frequency power supply control system,a method of excitation inrush current suppression based on rapid voltage reduction and demagnetization is proposed,and then the system is verified.Finally,the control software is programmed to implement the control algorithm of the shore power variable frequency power supply,which is verified in the actual connection of the ship.
