摘要
基于TRIZ进化树理论,阐述了目前市场上电动螺丝批产品技术进化的趋势,分析了该理论对于研究的可行性,用物质分割路线作为进化树的主干,搜集的大量的信息补充完善了电动螺丝批进化树的树枝。利用进化树得出的信息资源对电动螺丝批产品进行技术预测,结合方案决策矩阵筛选、完善预测方案,创造出预测方案的最佳理想解。对其他产品的设计和创新提供了技术参考。
Based on the TRIZ evolutionary tree theory,the technological evolution trend of electric screwdrivers on the market is illustrated,the feasibility of the theory for this study is analyzed,using the material segmentation route as the backbone of the evolutionary tree,and a large amount of information is collected to supply and improve the branches of the evolutionary tree of electric screwdrivers.The information resources derived from the evolutionary tree are used to make technical predictions of electric screwdrivers,and the prediction scheme is improved in combination with the scheme decision matrix to create the best ideal solution of the prediction scheme.A technical reference for the design and innovation of other products is provided.
