摘要
针对配网电缆接头制作中人工剥切效率低、工艺标准化程度低的问题,设计一种电缆分层剥切装置。装置由电缆固定模块、刀具进给模块、传动模块和电机及供电模块构成。采用可调节夹持机构、高精度丝杠传动机构、深度控制系统、同步带传动、无刷直流电机和锂电池组等技术,有效地提高了电缆剥切效率,实现了工艺标准化,具有高效、便捷、环保等优点。
Aiming at the problems of low efficiency of manual stripping and low degree of process standardization in the production of distribution network cable joint,a cable stripping device is designed.The device is composed of cable fixing module,tool feed module,transmission module,motor and power supply module.Using adjustable clamping mechanism,high precision screw driving mechanism,depth control system,synchronous belt drive,brushless DC motor and lithium battery pack technology,the device effectively improves the cable stripping efficiency,realizes the process standardization,and has the advantages of high efficiency,convenience and environmental protection.
