基于电纺碳纳米纤维的磷化钼-磷化钴块体电催化剂的制备及高效制氢

摘要 制备同时具有优异本征活性和丰富活性位点的磷化物电催化剂以实现高效电解水制氢有利于氢能社会的实现。利用电化学沉积法-化学气相沉积法相结合,在静电纺丝碳纳米纤维基底上构建出一种拥有优异析氢性能的磷化钴-磷化钼块体电催化剂(Mo-Co-P/CNFs)。该Mo-Co-P/CNFs催化剂不仅展现出增强的本征活性且拥有极丰富的活性位点,可直接作为工作电极使用,在1 M氢氧化钾电解液中,仅需70 mV过电位即可实现100 mA·cm^(-2)的电流密度。该研究有望为高性能磷化物催化剂的制备提供有益借鉴。 Preparing phosphide electrocatalysts with both excellent intrinsic activity and abundant active sites toward efficient hydrogen production is beneficial for the realization of the hydrogen society.In this study,we utilized combined methods of electrochemical deposition and chemical vapor deposition to construct a cobalt phosphide-molybdenum phosphide on an electrospun carbon nanofibers substrate as monolithic electrocatalyst(Mo-Co-P/CNFs)with excellent hydrogen evolution performance.The Mo-Co-P/CNFs catalyst which can be directly used as a working electrode,not only exhibits improved intrinsic activity but also has highly abundant active sites,realizing a current density of 100 mA·cm^(-2) under overvoltage of only 70 mV in a 1 M KOH electrolyte.This study is expected to offer useful references for the preparation of high-performance phosphide catalysts.
