摘要
为解决现有成片电动车充电桩充电过程中电压不稳定,并且得不到及时监管,从而造成电动车损坏的情况,设计了一种基于物联网的充电桩安全充电状态监测系统。该系统工作时,首先通过输入缺相检测电路、输出电压采样电路以及温度检测电路检测充电桩输入的三相电压、输出的直流电压以及工作时温度情况,在经过降噪和压缩处理之后,通过RoLa无线传感网络上传至后台的数据服务器进行存储。后台监控终端则可以自动调取数据服务器的数据,来判断充电桩是否处于安全状态以及是否充电。实验表明,该系统能够精确、实时检测当前环境下的环境和电量参数,同时具有传输距离远、通信可靠性与稳定性更强、自组网以及低功耗等优势,能够为电动车安全充电提供良好决策。
To solve the problem of voltage instability during the charging process of existing bulk electric vehicle charging stations,which cannot be monitored in a timely manner,resulting in damage to electric vehicles,a secure charging status monitoring system for charging stations based on the Internet of Things has been designed.When the system is working,it first detects the three-phase voltage input,DC voltage output,and operating temperature of the charging station through a voltage circuit.After noise reduction and compression processing,it is uploaded to the back-end data server for storage through RoLa wireless sensor network.The back-end monitoring terminal can automatically retrieve data from the data server to determine whether the charging station is in a safe state and whether it can be charged.The experiment shows that the system can accurately and real-time detect the environmental and electrical parameters in the current environment,and has the advantages of long transmission distance,stronger communication reliability and stability,self-organized network,and low power consumption.It can provide good decision-making for safe charging of electric vehicles.
