高精度工业铂电阻自动检定系统设计与测试

摘要 为实现高精度工业铂电阻的自动检定,设计了以吉时利2010数表为基础,基于电势比较法测量电阻原理的检定系统,基于.NET平台使用C语言编写了检定软件,低成本实现高精度工业铂电阻自动检定。利用固定点装置测试了系统的温度测量误差,最大单次测量误差不超过10 mK;经测试,通道间数据采集差值为0.5μV,扫描开关最大寄生电势为0.21μV;经验证,手动检定和自动检定温度误差为1 mK。因此,检定系统满足使用要求。 In order to achieve automatic verification of the high-precision industrial platinum resistance,the economical automatic verification system based on Keithley 2010 is designed with potential comparison method.Based on.NET platform,the verification software is developed in C language.The temperature measurement error of the system is tested using fixed-point devices,the maximum single temperature measurement error does not exceed 10 mK.The test results show that the difference in data between channels is 0.5μV,and the maximum parasitic potential of the scanning switch is 0.21μV.The verification results show that the temperature error between manual and automatic verification is 1 mK.Therefore,the automatic verification system meets the requirements.
