摘要
针对煤层气排采参数实时探测的需求,设计了一套煤层气排采参数实时探测系统,该系统由井下探头和上位机软件两部分组成,可实现井筒环空流速、压力及温度的实时采集。文中对传感器、电路及软件编程进行了详细的设计,并在加工完成后利用实验井进行了验证,结果显示探测系统测量压力、流量及温度的量程分别为0~10 MPa,0~5.8 m/s及-55~125℃,所对应的测量误差分别为0.5%,3%及0.5℃。论文的研究内容可同步采集井下的多个两相流相关参数,以便进行多参数的融合分析,从而为排采工艺的制定提供必要的数据支撑。
In order to meet the demand of real-time monitoring of coalbed methane exploitation parameters,a real-time monitoring system for coalbed methane exploitation parameters was designed.The system consists of downhole probe and software,which can realize real-time acquisition of velocity,pressure and temperature of wellbore annulus.The sensors,circuits and software programming are designed in detail in this paper.After the design and processing,the experimental well was used for experimental verification.The results show that the measuring ranges of pressure,flow rate and temperature are 0~10 MPa,0~5.8 m/s and-55~125℃respectively,and the corresponding measurement errors are 0.5%,3%and 0.5℃respectively.The research of this paper can synchronously collect multiple two-phase flow-related parameters underground,in order to conduct a combined analysis of multiple parameters and provide necessary data support for the formulation of exploitation technology.
