基于MEMS技术的工业设备振动监测系统研究

摘要 随着工业设备监测节点的大规模增加以及监测时长的提升,如何在大规模振动信号中进行有效监测成为当前亟待解决的问题。因此,研究提出了一种微机电系统技术基础上的工业设备振动监测系统。通过微机电系统技术的加速度计以及哈希算法进行了监测系统终端设计,并结合边缘计算进行了系统程序开发。验证显示,研究提出的系统振动信号频域比与东华DH5981型号的数据采集卡增加了4.49%,且提出的监测系统计算出的哈希码与实际振动信号一致,多个信号的监测评估结果与实际结果一致率高达100%。结果表明,研究提出的微机电系统技术基础上的工业设备振动监测系统在大规模振动信号监测中具有可行性和有效性。利用微机电系统技术进行振动信号的采集,并结合哈希算法进行信号的处理与计算在工业设备的振动信号监测中具有积极的实践意义。 With the large-scale increase of industrial equipment monitoring nodes and the improvement of monitoring duration,how to effectively monitor large-scale vibration signals has become an urgent problem to be solved.Therefore,a vibration monitoring system for industrial equipment based on Micro Electro-Mechanical System(MEMS)technology has been proposed in the study.The terminal of the monitoring system is designed through the accelerometer and hash algorithm of MEMS,and the system program is developed combined with edge computing.Verification shows that the frequency domain of the proposed system vibration signal has increased by 4.49%compared to the data acquisition card of Donghua DH5981 model,and the hash code calculated by the proposed monitoring system is consistent with the actual vibration signal.The consistency rate between the monitoring and evaluation results of multiple signals and the actual results is as high as 100%.The results indicate that the industrial equipment vibration monitoring system based on the proposed MEMS is feasible and effective in large-scale vibration signal monitoring.The use of MEMS for vibration signal acquisition,combined with hash algorithm for signal processing and calculation,has positive practical significance in vibration signal monitoring of industrial equipment.
