加快构建现代农业经营体系,是破解中国“谁来种地”问题的有效路径。中国现代农业经营体系建设已取得显著进展,不同区域实现了差异化发展,但仍存在一些现实挑战。主要体现在小农户与现代农业衔接尚有不足,土地规模经营和智能农机发展受限,新型主体经营与服务能力仍有较大提升空间,标准化生产水平有待提升。未来进一步优化中国现代农业经营体系,应着力促进小农户和现代农业有机衔接,因地制宜构建新型农业经营体系,提高新型经营主体发展质量,推动经营主体标准化生产。

Accelerating the construction of modern agricultural management system is an effective way to solve the problem of“who will farm the land”in China.The construction of modern agricultural management system in China has made remarkable progress,and different regions have realized differentiated development,but there are still some practical challenges.Mainly reflected in the small farmers and modern agriculture interface is still insufficient,land scale management and the development of intelligent agricultural machinery is limited,the new main body of the operation and service capacity is still high to improve the space,the standardized production level needs to be improved.In the future,to further optimize China's modern agricultural management system,efforts should be made to promote the organic connection between small farmers and modern agriculture,build new agricultural management systems“according to local conditions”,optimize the quality of development of new business entities,and promote the standardized production of business entities.
