面向深度调峰的运行火电机组一次调频控制策略

摘要 为优化运行火电机组一次调频控制效果,实现火电机组规范化运行目标,在面向深度调峰的情况下,开展了运行火电机组一次调频控制策略研究。首先,建立火电机组频率特性分析模型,评估机组的性能表现;其次,基于火电厂的运行状况、机组特性以及电网需求,设定深度调峰目标;在此基础上,根据火电机组的频率变化需求和响应能力,设置一次调频参数,设计一次调频控制算法,驱动执行机构的动作,实现调频控制目标。实验结果表明,提出的控制策略应用后,在机组负荷调整至40%Pe或30%Pe的扰动测试下,一次调频的实际性能表现均符合标准要求,实现了规范化调频控制。 The present work made an attempt to establish the primary frequency regulation strategy of operating thermal generator units considering the demand of deep peak shaving,with the aim of optimizing primary frequency regulation utility and achieving standardized operation of thermal generator units.First the frequency characteristic of thermal generator unit was modeled to evaluate the unit performance.Second the objective of deep peak shaving was determined considering the unit′s operating condition and characteristics,and the grid′s demand.Then the parameters and control algorithm of primary frequency regulation were calculated and designed according to the frequency variation requirements and response capabilities of the unit,thereby achieving algorithm-driven actions of the executing mechanism and the frequency modulation control objective.The proposed strategy was indicated by experiment to achieve standard-qualified primary regulation performance for the unit subjected to load adjustment disturbance of 40%P e or 30%P e,and thereby to have the potential of standardized control.
