基于宏表单技术的电力行业智能工单监控系统

摘要 随着电力行业的快速发展和数字化转型,传统的工单管理方式已经无法满足日益增长的用电服务需求。用户故障报修后的工单监控是电力班组工作的重要环节,但现有工单监控流程主要依赖人工操作,存在跟踪效率低、系统数据不联通、工单归档缺乏主动性和及时性等问题。为了应对这些挑战,提出一种基于宏表单技术的智能工单监控系统,用于优化跟踪工单的处理流程。智能工单监控系统通过VBA技术实现数据自动读取、项目信息关联和数据一键整合,可显著提升工单处理效率,实现数据联通,并增强工单处理的主动性和及时性。 With the rapid development and digitalizing transformation of electric industry,conventional methods of work order management can no longer meet the growing demand for electric services.The monitoring and management of work orders after customer fault reporting is an important part of the work of service teams.However the existing work order monitoring process mainly relies on manual operations,which has problems such as low tracking efficiency,lack of system data connectivity,and lack of archiving proactivity and timeliness.To address these challenges,this paper proposes an intelligent management system based on VBA sheet to optimize work order tracking.The intelligent management system uses VBA technology to achieve automatic data reading,project information association,and one-click data integration,has the potential of significantly improving the efficiency of work order execution,achieving data connectivity,and enhancing the proactivity and timeliness of work order execution.
