摘要
在生产电池级碳酸锂的过程中副产的沉锂母液Li+浓度为1~2 g/L,钠锂比为10~30,CO32-浓度为10~20 g/L。介绍了一种采用锂钠分离工艺实现在沉锂母液中高效提锂的方法,并结合实际生产数据对特效树脂的实际应用效果进行研究。结果表明,在实际生产中,沉锂母液经锂钠分离系统处理后获得的合格液钠锂比大幅降低,Li+回收率达到95%以上。
The by-product mother liquor of Li2CO3 with Li+concentration of 1~2 g/L,sodium-to-lithium ratio of 10~30,and CO32-concentration of 10~20 g/L are generated during the production of battery-grade lithium carbonate.This paper introduces a method for efficient lithium recovery in mother liquor of Li2CO3 using a lithium-sodium separation process,and investigates the practical application effects of the special resin based on actual production data.The results demonstrate that,in practical production,the qualified liquid obtained from the lithium-sodium separation system significantly reduces the sodium-to-lithium ratio,and achieves the Li+recovery rate of over 95%.
