摘要
南堡35-2油田6寸混输管道电子几何检测发现存在4处管道变形点,使用常规漏磁检测设备进行检测存在很高的卡堵风险,需要将检测设备进行改造,提高检测设备的通过性,对管道实施内检测作业,采集到准确可靠的数据,为下一步管道完整性管理提供支持。
The electronic geometry inspection of the 6-inch multiphase pipeline in Nanpu 35-2 oilfield found four deformation points in the pipeline,and the use of conventional magnetic flux leakage testing equipment had a high risk of sticking.Therefore,it was necessary to transform the testing equipment to improve the passability of the testing equipment,carry out in-line inspection operations on the pipeline,and collect accurate and reliable data to provide support for the next step of pipeline integrity management.
