摘要
随着全球科技竞争的加剧和知识经济的发展,科技期刊作为科研成果传播和学术交流的重要平台,其新质生产力的培育显得尤为迫切。深入探讨了科技期刊新质生产力的理论内涵、期刊新质生产力与高质量发展的辩证关系、以及科技期刊培育新质生产力面临的现实挑战。从创新型人才的培育、科技创新的引领、产业布局的统筹优化、助力国家科技创新、数字融合出版和科技期刊评价体系的完善等方面,提出了培育科技期刊新质生产力赋能高质量发展的实践构想,指出科技期刊的发展需紧扣新质生产力的脉搏,通过不断的自我提升与战略调整,更好地服务于国家经济和社会发展,服务于国家创新驱动发展战略要求。
With the intensification of global scientific and technological competition and the development of the knowledge economy,science and technology journals,as important platforms for the dissemination of scientific research achievements and academic exchanges,urgently need to cultivate new quality productive forces.This paper deeply explores the theoretical connotation of new quality productive forces in science and technology journals,the dialectical relationship between the new quality productive forces of journals and high-quality development,and the practical challenges faced by science and technology journals in cultivating new quality productive forces.From the cultivation of innovative talents,the guidance of scientific and technological innovation,the overall optimization of industrial layout,the support for national scientific and technological innovation,digital integrated publishing,and the improvement of the science and technology journal evaluation system,this paper proposes practical ideas for cultivating new quality productive forces in science and technology journals to empower high-quality development.It points out that the development of science and technology journals needs to closely follow the pulse of new quality productive forces,and through continuous self-improvement and strategic adjustment,better serve the national economic and social development,and meet the requirements of the national innovation-driven development strategy.
