摘要
航空发动机排气系统是作战飞机后向电磁散射的主要贡献源,在排气系统涂敷雷达吸波材料能够有效降低其后向雷达散射截面积。为了研究雷达吸波材料涂敷方案对轴对称塞式喷管电磁散射特性的影响,设计了7种不同的涂敷方案,获得了喷管后向雷达散射截面积分布。数值研究结果表明:在喷管壁面和塞锥壁面涂敷雷达吸波材料均能够降低喷管后向的RCS;在喷管出口区域涂敷能够在使用较少的雷达吸波材料的前提下,获得较好的RCS缩减效果;在塞锥前部区域涂敷雷达吸波材料能够提供最大的单位面积缩减效率。
The aeroengine exhaust system is the main contributor to the backward electromagnetic scattering of combat aircraft.It can effectively reduce the cross-sectional area of backward radar scattering by coating the radar absorbing material.Seven kinds of radar absorbing material(RAM)coating schemes were designed to get out the influence on radar cross section(RCS)of axisymmetric plug nozzle.The backward radar cross section distribution was studied by shooting and bouncing ray method.The numerical simulation results show that it can reduce the RCS by coating RAM on the nozzle wall surface and the plug wall surface.The better backward RCS reduction effect can be reached that coating RAM on the outlet aera under the premise by using less RAM.It can provide the largest reduction efficiency per unit area by coating RAM on the front plug area.
