合成耐盐聚丙烯酸钠增稠剂的一种方法

摘要 以亚硫酸钠(Na_(2)SO_(3))为添加物,采用紫外光引发丙烯酸钠聚合生成具有性能优良的耐盐聚丙烯酸钠增稠剂,测试其溶液黏度、抗盐性、触变性以及保湿性等,研究亚硫酸钠加入量对其性能的影响,初步探索其机理,优化了合成工艺。结果表明,该产品水溶液的黏度更大,抗盐能力更强,触变性更大,保湿性能更佳,比市售的聚丙烯酸钠增稠剂性能更优越。 A salt-resistant thickener with excellent properties was prepared by UV-light induced polymerization of sodium acrylate with sodium sulfite as a single improver.Its solution viscosity,salt resistance,thixotropy and moisture retention were tested.The influence of the amount of sodium sulfite on its properties was investigated.The mechanism was explored and the synthetic process was optimized.The results showed that the product had higher viscosity,salt re-sistance,thixotropy,moisture retention and better performance than the commercial thickener of sodium polyacrylate.
