传统污水处理系统对抗生素去除效果研究

摘要 选取罗红霉素和氧氟沙星两种典型抗生素以及两种传统污水处理系统作为研究对象。通过建立液相色谱质谱联用检测方法,监测抗生素在污水处理厂各处理阶段的浓度,得出去除率。结果表明:在25℃常温下,曝气生物滤池系统在去除罗红霉素和氧氟沙星方面优于改良式序列间歇反应系统,去除率分别高达89.06%和87.49%。此外,与常温状态相比,改良式序列间歇反应系统在10℃低温下的去除效果显著下降,降幅达28.72%,而曝气生物滤池系统对温度变化不敏感,去除率变化不大。 This study selected two typical antibiotics,roxithromycin and ofloxacin,as well as two traditional wastewater treatment systems for research.The removal rate of antibiotics was obtained by monitoring the concentration of antibiotics in each treatment stage of sewage treatment plant through the establishment of liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry.The data indicate that at a normal temperature of 25°C,the aerated biofilter system outperforms the modified sequential batch reactor system in the removal of roxithromycin and ofloxacin,with removal rate reaching 89.06%and 87.49%,respectively.Additionally,compared to normal temperature conditions,the removal efficiency of the modified sequential batch reactor system significantly decreases at a low temperature of 10°C,with a decrease of 28.72%,whereas the aerated biofilter system is less sensitive to temperature change,showing little variation in removal rate.
