摘要
为加强固体废物监管,提高固体废物监管效率,促进固体废物资源合理利用和环境保护,通过集成物联网、大数据、云计算、GIS(地理信息系统)等技术,以构建固体废物数据中心为基础,对固体废物产生、收集、运输、贮存、处置、利用等全过程信息采集,使固体废物监管数据资源及业务系统纵向贯通和横向联动,同时建设固体废物全过程数字化监管平台,对固体废物全生命周期数字化监管和信息化追溯,提高固体废物环境监管、企业服务及业务协同数字化、智能化水平。
In order to enhance the supervision of solid waste,boost the efficiency of solid waste supervision,and promote the rational utilization of solid waste resources and environmental protection,by integrating technologies such as the Internet of Things,big data,cloud computing,and GIS(Geographic Information System),based on the establishment of a solid waste data center,information collection is conducted for the entire process of solid waste generation,collection,transportation,storage,disposal,and utilization.This enables the vertical penetration and horizontal linkage of solid waste supervision data resources and business systems.Simultaneously,a digital supervision platform for the entire process of solid waste is constructed to implement digital supervision and information-based traceability throughout the entire life cycle of solid waste,and to elevate the digital and intelligent levels of solid waste environmental supervision,enterprise services,and business collaboration.
