摘要
针对高速铁路预制梁场生产中物料管理遇到的难题,提出并实施了一种基于物联网和BIM技术的智慧梁场物料管理模块,详细介绍了模块的设计方案,包括物料登记与追溯功能、库存管理系统等。该模块以实时性、智能化和可追溯性为显著特征,旨在提升管理效率、优化成本并确保项目的顺利进行。此次研究不仅为类似项目提供了实用的管理策略,还丰富了物料管理的理论体系和实践经验。
In response to the difficulties encountered in material management at prefabricated beam plant production,this paper proposes and implements a smart beam plant material management module based on Internet of Things(IoT)and Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology.The module design scheme is introduced in detail,including material registration and traceability functions,inventory management system,etc.The module features real-time,intelligent and traceable characteristics,aiming to enhance management efficiency,optimize costs,and ensure the smooth progress of the project.This study not only provides practical management strategies for similar projects,but also enriches the theoretical system and practical experience of material management.
