摘要
混流式水轮发电机组水导油盆内的油在运行过程中发生跑油是一种常见现象,除了因结构设计原因导致的水导油盆跑油外,蒸发或渗漏也是导致水导油盆内油量减少的原因之一。为确保水导油盆内有充足的润滑油对主轴进行冷却和润滑以保证水轮机的正常运行,对传统的加油方式进行研究与分析就显得非常重要。阐述了对水导轴承新型自动补油装置进行的探索与运用,为同类型机组在运行中如何避免水导轴承突然缺油导致烧瓦停机事件提供了分析与解决思路。
It is a common phenomenon that the oil in the water-guided oil basin of Francis turbine generator set leaks during operation.Besides the oil leakage caused by structural design,evaporation or leakage is also the reason for the decrease of oil in the water-guided oil basin.In order to ensure that there is enough lubricating oil in the water-guided oil basin to cool and lubricate the main shaft and ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic turbine,this paper studies and analyzes a new automatic oil replenishing device for water-guided bearings,and provides analysis and solution idea on how to avoid the tile burning shutdown caused by the sudden lack of oil in the water guide bearing during the operation of the same type of unit.
