结合成都SKP项目地下车库疏水板施工实例,阐述了疏水板在施工中的应用,包括疏水板材质、节点做法、布置方式、施工工艺等。以“引水止漏”的思路解决了地下室底板渗漏的问题,取得了较好的效果。

Combined with the construction example of hydrophobic plates in underground parking garages under construction by SKP in Chengdu,this article discusses the application of hydrophobic plates in construction,including the material,node method,layout,and construction technology of hydrophobic plates.It has achieved good results in solving the problem of basement floor leakage in the Chengdu SKP project with the concept of“water diversion and leak prevention”.
