随着科技进步和产业结构的快速升级,新质生产力已成为推动经济社会发展的关键力量,对高素质、复合型、创新型人才的需求日益迫切。为构建适应新质生产力发展需求的高校产教融合机制,促进教育与产业深度融合,提升人才培养质量,学校搭建校企合作平台、重构课程体系、强化实践教学环节、引入行业导师制度等,构建产教融合的人才培养模式,通过优化资源配置、强化实践教学、促进科研成果转化,培养出更多具备创新思维、实践能力和社会责任感的高素质人才,有效促进产业升级和经济高质量发展,实现人才培养与产业发展同频共振,为经济社会发展提供强有力的人才支撑。

With the rapid advancement of technology and the upgrading of industrial structure,new quality productive force has become a key force driving economic and social development,and the demand for high-quality,versatile,and innovative personnel is becoming increasingly urgent.In order to build a mechanism for the integration of industry and education in universities that meets the needs of the development of new quality productive force,promote the deep integration of education and industry,and improve the quality of personnel cultivation,the school has established a platform for school-enterprise cooperation,restructured the curriculum system,strengthened practical teaching links,introduced industry mentor systems,etc.,and constructed a personnel cultivation model for the integration of industry and education.By optimizing resource allocation,strengthening practical teaching,and promoting the transformation of scientific research achievements,more high-quality personnel with innovative thinking,practical ability,and social responsibility have been cultivated,effectively promoting industrial upgrading and high-quality economic development,achieving resonance between personnel cultivation and industrial development,and providing strong personnel support for economic and social development.
