随着“健康中国”战略的推进,对医疗服务的需求日益增长,对医学人才的培养提出了更高的要求。在壮医传统文化中,注重以人为本、预防为主,强调综合治疗。培养符合当地实际需求的壮医复合型人才,有助于提高医疗水平,满足人民群众的健康需求。对于如何加强复合型人才的培养已经成为当前研究的重点内容。因此,基于新医科建设背景,探讨壮医复合型人才培养模式的构建,旨在为培养适应社会需求的医学人才提供参考。

With the advancement of the"Healthy China"strategy,the demand for medical services is increasing,and higher requirements are being put forward for the cultivation of medical personnel.In the traditional culture of Zhuang medicine,emphasis is placed on people-oriented,prevention oriented,and comprehensive treatment.Cultivating composite personnel in Zhuang medicine who meet the actual needs of the local area can help improve the level of medical care and meet the health needs of the people.How to strengthen the cultivation of inter-disciplinary talents has become a key focus of current research.Therefore,based on the background of new medicine construction,this paper explores the construction of a inter-disciplinary talents training model for Zhuang medicine,aiming to provide reference for cultivating medical personnel that meet social needs.
