大健康背景下医学生职业生涯规划与创新创业教育课程改革与实践

Career Planning and Innovation Entrepreneurship Education Course Reform and Practice for Medical Students under the Background of Great Health

通过文献调研,梳理分析大健康产业的发展优势及医学生创新创业市场前景需求。通过实地调研,采用问卷调查法,以广西医科大学的学生为研究对象,从医学生就业创业认知及意愿、就业创业教学方法及内容评价、需求及阻碍等方面进行调研,分析医学院校开展医学生职业发展教育的现状,探究医学生在职业生涯发展中的需求,在开展就业创业教育教学中提出针对性意见,助力医学生更好地实现职业生涯规划。

Through literature research,sorting and analyzing the development advantages of the great health industry and the market prospects and demands for innovation entrepreneurship among medical students.Through field research and questionnaire survey method,taking students from Guangxi Medical University as the research object,this study analyzes the status of medical students'career development education in medical colleges from the aspects of their employment and entrepreneurship cognition and willingness,employment and entrepreneurship teaching methods and content evaluation,needs and obstacles,explores the needs of medical students in career development,proposes targeted opinions in carrying out employment and entrepreneurship education teaching,and helps medical students better achieve career planning.
