ICU护士ICU获得性衰弱知信行现况调查及影响因素分析

Investigation on the Status of Knowledge,Attitude,Belief and Practice of ICU Nurses with ICU Acquired Weakness and Analysis of Influencing Factors

目的调查重庆市某三级甲等综合医院重症监护病房(Intensive Care Unit,ICU)护士ICU获得性衰弱(Intensive Care Unit Acquired Weakness,ICU-AW)知信行情况并分析其影响因素,为促进ICU护士ICU获得性衰弱早期识别和干预行为形成提供参考依据。方法便利抽样重庆市某三级甲等综合医院179名ICU护士,采用ICU获得性衰弱调查问卷进行调查。结果ICU护士ICU获得性衰弱知信行各维度得分分别为(50.75±8.47)分、(35.16±2.60)分、(19.11±4.92)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,学历、是否取得ICU专科护士资格证书、是否参加过ICU获得性衰弱培训是ICU护士ICU获得性衰弱知识得分影响因素(P<0.05);所在科室是ICU护士ICU获得性衰弱态度得分影响因素(P<0.05);是否参加过ICU获得性衰弱培训是ICU护士ICU获得性衰弱行为得分影响因素(P<0.05)。结论ICU护士学习态度积极,但ICU获得性衰弱技能知识掌握不足,相关行为处于较低水平,医院应主动提供学习机会,满足护士专业发展需求,有针对性地加强技能培训,提升培训效果,应将ICU获得性衰弱管理纳入ICU日常护理工作中,降低ICU获得性衰弱发生率。

Objective To investigate the knowledge,attitude,belief and practice of intensive care unit acquired weakness(ICU-AW)among nurses in the intensive care unit(ICU)of a Grade-A comprehensive hospital in Chongqing,and analyze its influencing factors,in order to provide reference for promoting early identification and proactive behavior formation of ICU-AW among ICU nurses.Methods Conveniently sampling 179 ICU nurses from a Grade-A comprehensive hospital in Chongqing,using the ICU acquired weakness survey questionnaire for investigation.Results The scores of ICU nurses in various dimensions of knowledge,attitude,belief and practice of ICU acquired weakness were(50.75±8.47)score,(35.16±2.60)score,and(19.11±4.92)score,respectively.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level,whether ICU specialist nurse has been obtained qualification certificate or not,and whether has been participated in ICU acquired weakness training or not are the influencing factors of ICU acquired weakness knowledge score for ICU nurses(P<0.05).The department is an influencing factor of ICU acquired weakness attitude score among ICU nurses(P<0.05).Whether ICU nurses have participated in ICU acquired weakness training or not is an influencing factor of ICU acquired weakness behavior scores(P<0.05).Conclusion ICU nurses have a positive attitude towards learning,but their knowledge of ICU acquired weakness skills is insufficient,and their related behaviors are at a low level.Hospitals should actively provide learning opportunities to meet the professional development needs of nurses,strengthen targeted skill training,and improve training effectiveness.ICU acquired weakness management should be included in the daily nursing work of ICU to reduce the incidence of ICU acquired weakness.
