代际经济支持视角下老年人心理健康影响因素及作用机制分析

Analysis of Influencing Factors and Action Mechanisms on the Mental Health of the Elderly from the Perspective of Inter-generational Economic Support

为分析在代际经济支持视角下老年人心理健康的影响因素,采用CESD-10量表对364名老年人进行问卷调查,对数据进行多重线性回归分析。结果发现,代际经济支持、性别、自评健康、近一年有无住院经历、是否参加医疗保险、家庭亲密度、家庭交流情况、已婚子女数、有无兴趣爱好、生活满意度对老年人心理健康有影响(P<0.1)。建议通过减少老年人与子女间的代际经济支持、关注女性老年人、参加医疗保险、提高老年人身体健康水平、增加家庭亲密度、改善家庭交流情况、子女增加对老年人的关注、提高老年人的生活满意度等,提高老年人的心理健康水平。

To analyze the factors influencing the mental health of elderly from the perspective of inter-generational economic support,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 364 elderly with the CESD-10 scale,and multiple linear regression analysis was performed on the data.The results showed that inter-generational economic support,gender,self-rated health,have recent hospitalization experience or not,have participation in medical insurance or not,family intimacy,family communication,number of married children,have interests and hobbies or not,and life satisfaction have an impact on the mental health of the elderly(P<0.1).Suggestions include reducing inter-generational economic support between the elderly and their children,paying attention to elderly women,participating in medical insurance,improving the physical health level of the elderly,increasing family intimacy,improving family communication,increasing children's attention to the elderly,and improving their life satisfaction to improve the mental health level of the elderly.
