植物应答线虫胁迫的表观遗传调控研究进展

摘要 表观遗传调控是指在植物生长发育以及响应环境胁迫过程中,在不改变基因序列情况下发生的对基因表达的可遗传调控,主要包括DNA甲基化、非编码RNAs和组蛋白修饰。越来越多的证据表明,表观遗传调控在植物与线虫互作中发挥重要作用。本文概述了全基因组DNA甲基化调控植物应答线虫胁迫的研究进展,综述了非编码RNAs在植物应答线虫侵染中的功能,讨论了线虫效应蛋白在植物表观基因组变化中的作用,以及线虫如何诱导植物甲基化组发生变化,并对未来植物与线虫互作中的表观遗传调控方面的研究课题进行了展望。这些结果为阐明植物与线虫互作的表观遗传学机制奠定了基础,对于植物线虫防控策略的制定具有重要的借鉴价值。 Epigenetic regulation refers to heritable regulation of gene expression that occurs during plant growth,development,and response to environmental stress without altering the gene sequence.It mainly includes DNA methylation,non-coding RNAs,and histone modifications.More and more evidences suggest that epigenetic regulation play a crucial role in plant-nematode interactions.This paper provides an overview of research progress on the regulation of plant responses to nematode stress through whole genome DNA methylation.It also reviews advances in the functions of non-coding RNAs in plant responses to nematode infection.Moreover,the role of nematode effector proteins in triggering epigenome changes and how nematodes induce changes in the plant methylome are discussed in the review.The paper concludes with prospects for the future research topics on epigenetic regulation in plant-nematode interactions.These findings lay a foundation for elucidating the epigenetic mechanisms underlying plant-nematode interactions and provide valuable insights for developing strategies for plant nematode prevention and control.
