摘要
针对结晶器振动滚子装配维护费用高、性能不稳定等问题,通过对下线滚子进行解体检测,对滚子装配损坏原因进行分析,确定滚动体、边板和销轴等关键部件合理的修复方式。通过对关键部件加工精度进行检测,对滚子装配后的摩擦副跳动进行检测可以把控修复状态。滚子装配修复后精度可控,成本降低50%,达到了预期效果。
In view of the high maintenance cost and unstable performance of vibrating rollers in crystallizers,a disassembly inspection of the offline rollers was conducted to analyze the causes of roller assembly damage and a reasonable repair method for key components such as rolling elements,edge plates and axis pin are determined.By detecting the machining accuracy of key components,the friction pair bouncing after the assembly of rollers can control the repair state.Practice has proven that the precision of roller assembly repair is controllable,and the cost is reduced by 50%,achieving the expected results.
