尿毒清颗粒联合缬沙坦胶囊对糖尿病肾病的影响

Impact of Niaoduqing Granule Combined with Valsartan Capsules on Dia⁃betic Nephropathy

目的分析糖尿病肾病患者临床上采取不同的治疗方案的预后效果。方法回顾性选取2022年2月—2024年2月费县中医医院收治的90例诊断为糖尿病肾病患者的临床资料,以治疗方法的不同分为两组,各45例;对照组服用缬沙坦胶囊,联合组服用尿毒清颗粒联合缬沙坦胶囊。比较两组干预前后的血压水平、肾功能指标、尿蛋白水平、不良反应发生情况。结果干预后,两组收缩压及舒张压比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。干预后,联合组尿素氮、胱抑素C、血清肌酐水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。干预后,联合组24 h尿微量蛋白、24 h尿蛋白定量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。联合组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床采取尿毒清颗粒联合缬沙坦胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病,有助于改善患者的肾功能,减轻临床症状,帮助患者早日恢复正常生活。

Objective To analyze the prognosis of patients with diabetes nephropathy(DN)who have taken different treatment schemes.Methods The clinical data of 90 patients diagnosed with diabetic nephropathy admitted to Feixian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to February 2024 were retrospectively selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with valsartan capsule,and the combined group was treated with Niaoduqing Granule combined with valsartan capsule.The blood pressure level,renal function index,urinary protein level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,there were no significant differences in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(both P>0.05).After intervention,the levels of urea nitrogen,cystatin C and serum creatinine in the combined group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After intervention,the 24 h urinary microprotein and 24 h urinary protein in the combined group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was lower than that inthe control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical use of Niaoduqing Granules combined with Valsartan Capsules in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy is helpful to improve the renal function of patients,reduce clinical symptoms,and help patients return to normal life as soon as possible.
