T2DM患者双下肢血管病变的影响因素研究

Study of Factors Influencing Bilateral Lower Limb Angiopathy in Patients with T2DM

目的探究2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者双下肢血管病变(lower extremity angiopathy,LEAD)的影响因素。方法回顾性选取2023年6月—2024年6月于四平市中心人民医院就诊的60例T2DM患者的临床资料,按照是否存在LEAD分为发生组(n=15)、未发生组(n=45),收集两组患者基本资料并通过Logistic回归分析LEAD发生的影响因素。结果两组糖尿病病程、年龄、血糖标准差、葡萄糖目标范围内时间、收缩压、平均血糖比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、糖尿病病程、收缩压、血糖标准差、平均血糖、葡萄糖目标范围内时间均为LEAD的影响因素(P均<0.05)。结论T2DM患者LEAD的影响因素包括年龄、收缩压、糖尿病病程、血糖标准差、平均血糖水平和葡萄糖目标范围内时间。

Objective To investigate the factors affecting lower extremity angiopathy(LEAD)in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with T2DM who were treated in Siping Central People's Hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were retrospectively selected.According to the presence or absence of LEAD,they were divided into the occurrence group(n=15)and the non-occurrence group(n=45).The basic data of the two groups were collected and the influencing factors of LEAD were analyzed by Logistic regression.Results There were significant differences in the course of diabetes,age,standard deviation of blood glucose,time in range,systolic blood pressure and mean blood glucose between the two groups(all P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that age,duration of diabetes,systolic blood pressure,standard deviation of blood glucose,mean blood glucose and time in range were all influencing factors of LEAD(all P<0.05).Conclusion The influencing factors of LEAD in T2DM patients include age,systolic blood pressure,duration of diabetes,standard deviation of blood glucose,average blood glucose level and time within the glucose target range.
