血糖检验与尿糖检验在糖尿病患者诊断中的应用效果

Application Effect of Blood Glucose Test and Urine Glucose Test in the Di⁃agnosis of Diabetic Patients

目的研究血糖和尿糖检验对糖尿病患者的诊断价值。方法选取2022年6月—2024年6月三明市第一医院收治的105例疑似糖尿病患者为研究对象,所有患者均接受血糖和尿糖检验,以糖耐量试验结果为金标准,比较血糖检验、尿糖检验以及联合检验对糖尿病的诊断效能。结果糖耐量试验结果显示,阳性68例,阴性37例。血糖与尿糖联合检验诊断出真阳性67例,真阴性36例,kappa=0.958。血糖与尿糖联合检验的灵敏度、特异度、准确度均高于单一血糖检验和单一尿糖检验,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者存在不同程度血糖、尿糖异常情况,临床采取血糖与尿糖联合检验可进一步提高诊断效能,为糖尿病的早诊断、早治疗提供可靠的数据支持。

Objective To study the diagnostic value of blood glucose and urine glucose test in the diagnosis of diabetic patients.Methods A total of 105 patients with suspected diabetes admitted to Sanming First Hospital from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects.All patients underwent blood glucose and urine glucose tests.The results of glucose tolerance test were used as the gold standard to compare the diagnostic efficacy of blood glucose test,urine glucose test and combined test for diabetes.Results The results of glucose tolerance test showed that 68 cases were positive and 37 cases were negative.The combined test of blood glucose and urine glucose diagnosed 67 cases of true positive and 36 cases of true negative,kappa=0.958.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the combined test of blood glucose and urine glucose were higher than those of single blood glucose test and single urine glucose test,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Diabetic patients have different degrees of abnormal blood glucose and urine glucose.The combined test of blood glucose and urine glucose can further improve the diagnostic efficiency,provide reliable data support for the early diagnosis and early treatment of diabetes.
