消渴方加味联合二甲双胍在2型糖尿病中的应用有效性分析

Analysis of the Application Effectiveness of Modified Xiaoke Prescription Combined with Metformin in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的研究消渴方加味联合二甲双胍在2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)中的应用有效性。方法选取2021年1月—2023年1月漳浦县中医院收治的80例T2DM患者为研究对象,以治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用二甲双胍治疗,观察采用消渴方加味联合二甲双胍治疗。比较两组血糖水平、血液流变学指标水平、胰岛功能及生活质量评分。结果治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血浆黏度、全血还原黏度、血小板聚集率水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组胰岛素抵抗指数、胰岛β细胞功能指数、空腹胰岛素均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论消渴方加味联合二甲双胍在T2DM治疗中表现出较好的疗效,能更有效地控制患者血糖水平、改善胰岛功能及血液流变学指标,提高其生活质量。

Objective To study the application effect of Modified Xiaoke Prescription combined with metformin in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 80 patients with T2DM admitted to Zhangpu County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin,and the observation group was treated with Modified Xiaoke Prescription combined with metformin.The blood glucose levels,hemorheology index levels,islet function and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment the levels of plasma viscosity,whole blood reduced viscosity and platelet aggregation rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment the homeostasis model assessment insulin resistance,homeostasis model assessment-βand fasting insulin of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment the scores of physical function,psychological function and social function,material life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Xiaoke Prescription combined with metformin has a good effect in the treatment of T2DM,which can more effectively control the blood glucose level,improve islet function and hemorheological indexes,and improve the quality of life.
