护患沟通在老年糖尿病护理中的效果及对改善患者病情的影响分析

Analysis on the Effect of Nurse Patient Communication in Nursing Care of Elderly Patients with Diabetes and Its Influence on Improving Patients'Condition

目的分析护患沟通在老年糖尿病护理中的效果及对改善患者病情的影响。方法回顾性选取2021年1月—2023年12月安徽省铜陵市第三人民医院综合门诊收治的58例老年糖尿病患者的临床资料,按照护理方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组29例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组给予患者护患沟通护理干预。对比两组患者心理状态评分、自我护理能力评分、生活质量评分及护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理后,观察组自我概念、自我责任感、自我护理技能、健康知识水平评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理后,观察组身体不适感、精力与活力、生理功能、糖尿病饮食控制、糖尿病控制评分及总分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护患沟通技术应用于老年糖尿病患者的护理干预中,效果显著,可改善患者心理状态、自护能力、生活水平、满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of nurse patient communication in elderly diabetes care and its effect on improving the patient's condition.Methods The clinical data of 58 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus admitted to the Department of Comprehensive Outpatient of the Third People's Hospital of Tongling City in Anhui Province from January 2021 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,29 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given nurse patient communication nursing intervention.The psychological state score,self-care ability score,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of Self-rating Depression Scale and Self-rating Anxiety Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After nursing,the self-concept,self-responsibility,self-care skills,health knowledge level scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of physical discomfort,energy and vitality,physiological function,diabetes diet control,diabetes control in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursepatient communication technology in the nursing intervention of elderly patients with diabetes has a significant effect,which can improve the psychological state,self-care ability,living standard and satisfaction of patients.
