以MDT模式为导向的认知干预延续护理对T2DM合并烧伤患者控糖效果的影响

Effect of MDT Model Orientated Cognitive Intervention Continuous Nurs⁃ing on Glucose Control in Patients with T2DM Complicated with Burns

目的探究2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)合并烧伤患者控糖护理中以多学科协作(multi disciplinary treatment,MDT)模式为导向的认知干预延续护理的应用效果。方法选取福建医科大学附属福州市第一总医院于2022年2月—2024年2月收治的100例T2DM合并烧伤患者为研究对象,根据护理方法的不同分为常规组、观察组,各50例,常规组予以常规护理,观察组予以MDT模式为导向的认知干预延续护理,比较两组血糖指标、自护能力及知信行水平。结果护理90 d后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理90 d后,观察组自护能力评分及知信行评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论T2DM合并烧伤患者护理中接受以MDT模式为导向的认知干预延续护理,控糖效果更佳,患者自护能力及知信行水平均有所改善。

Objective To explore the application effect of multi disciplinary treatment(MDT)model oriented cognitive intervention continuous nursing in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)patients complicated with burn.Methods A total of 100 patients with T2DM complicated with burns admitted to Fuzhou First General Hospital Affiliated with Fujian Medical University from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into routine group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 50 cases in each group.The routine group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given MDT mode oriented cognitive intervention continuous nursing.The blood glucose indexes,self-care ability and knowledge-attitude-practice levels were compared between the two groups.Results After 90 days of nursing,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After 90 days of nursing,the self-care ability score and knowledge-attitude-practice scores of the observation group were higher than those of the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of T2DM patients with burns,the MDT model oriented cognitive intervention continuation nursing has better glucose control effect,and the patient's self-care ability and knowledge-attitude-practice level have been improved.
