探讨基于临床护理路径的优质护理策略对输尿管结石手术合并2型糖尿病患者血糖控制及术后恢复的影响

Effect of High Quality Nursing Strategy Based on Clinical Nursing Path⁃way on Blood Glucose Control and Postoperative Recovery in Patients with Ureteral Calculi Complicated with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨基于临床护理路径的优质护理策略对输尿管结石手术合并2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者血糖控制及术后恢复的影响。方法选取2021年6月—2023年6月在扬州大学附属泰州第二人民医院接受输尿管结石手术的80例T2DM患者为研究对象,根据不同护理方法分为两组,各40例。常规组接受常规护理干预,观察组接受基于临床护理路径的优质护理策略。对比两组血糖指标、术后康复指标及护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组首次排气时间、首次进食时间、术后尿管留置时间均短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于临床护理路径的优质护理策略对输尿管结石手术合并T2DM患者具有显著的血糖控制效果,并能促进患者术后恢复,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing strategy based on clinical nursing pathway on blood glucose control and postoperative recovery in patients with ureteral calculi complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods From June 2021 to June 2023,80 patients with T2DM who underwent ureteral calculi surgery in Taizhou Second People's Hospital Affiliated to Yangzhou University were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The routine group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received high quality nursing strategy based on clinical nursing pathway.The blood glucose levels,postoperative rehabilitation indexes and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the levels of fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The first exhaust time,the first feeding time and the postoperative catheter indwelling time in the observation group were shorter than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The high quality nursing strategy based on clinical nursing pathway has a significant effect on blood glucose control in patients with ureteral calculi surgery and T2DM,and can promote postoperative recovery and improve nursing satisfaction.
